A default Cafe24 storefront,
rebuilt as the brand's face

A cosmetics store running on a default Cafe24 theme, redesigned into a minimal premium storefront with a separate English store for overseas customers — and handed over so the team runs banners and products daily without a developer.

01 — CHALLENGE

Premium products, default template — the gap between brand and storefront was the problem.

The client wanted a storefront that matched cosmetics-industry standards: minimal premium design, an English store for overseas buyers, and the ability to swap banners and manage products without calling a developer.

Cafe24's product, order and member modules had to stay intact — the fight was to lift the entire visual and responsive layer to brand level within the platform's constraints.

02 — APPROACH

We kept the platform modules, fully customized every screen, and separated operations from development.

Fourteen feature groups and 30+ screens — from the main page to product detail, checkout, my-page and boards — were redesigned responsively. The Korean skin was localized into a dedicated English skin, running the two stores in parallel, with 22 transactional emails re-branded to match.

Operators now swap PC, mobile and category banners themselves through banner-manager group rules, and even set product card colors from the admin. An operations manual covering product registration to screen publishing shipped with the store, so daily operations run without us.
