01 — CHALLENGE

Wholesale prices cannot be shown to everyone, but the reason to join has to be.

Public pages must not reveal unit prices, quantity tiers or stock. Sellers who are considering joining still need the expected margin to make a decision.

Brands, sellers and the operator each have their own screens and permissions. Both sign-ups and product listings go through operator approval.

02 — APPROACH

The same product data is shown differently depending on the role.

Sellers and brands apply through a single application. The operator checks the business evidence and approves each one. Brands upload a product draft, preview it, and publish after operator approval.

The seller cart calculates minimum order quantity, tier pricing and GST together. The operator screens track sales, purchase closing and supplier payments by brand, and manage document download permissions and audit logs.

03 — STACK
