We did not stop at the renewal.
We kept fixing the store for ten months

We redesigned a nutrition brand's Cafe24 store and kept improving its screens and features until May 2026. Alongside the product pages, the store carries brand content such as articles, the crew and offline stores.

01 — CHALLENGE

It had to be a store and a brand magazine at the same time.

The brand wanted to show articles, crew activities, offline store information and B2B inquiries on the same site as its products. Cafe24's order and member functions had to stay, while the screens were rebuilt to fit the brand.

02 — APPROACH

We handed the frequently changing parts to staff and refined the path that leads to sign-up.

Banners that were fixed HTML moved to Cafe24 Banner Manager, so staff manage desktop and mobile banners separately. Articles show non-members the first part and then invite them to sign up. The account page shows progress toward the next membership tier.

Features we turned off, and how to restore them, are recorded in a change log. We also delivered a manual for placing product lists inside posts.

03 — STACK
